"I walked in without the intent to buy just to look around and get ideas. I was thinking of buying a used bike from an internet service (e-bay / Craigslist / etc.). Ray was on the sales floor and asked if he could help me. His approach was very professional and did not pressure me in any way which I appreciated. Our conversation went in different directions of styles of motorcycles and in that conversation he pointed out the many possibilities that Honda offers. In my opinion Honda does offer great bang for the buck. Now remember I was not there to buy a bike. But after about one and a half hours later I thanked Ray for his time and walked out. I needed some time to think, which took only about fifteen minutes! I went back in and told Ray sign me up!!! Later Ray mentioned to me that what just happened to me happens quite often. It was very easy to start the process and Donna was great setting up the financing. They took care of everything and couldn't have made it any easier for me. Shawn also did a great job in helping me with some changes I wanted to make to personalize the bike. Once the parts came in, Buck in the service department did a great job installing everything and did it in a timely manner. The entire process was extremely simple and painless and I would definitely buy from them again in the future and would recommend them to my friends. "I walked in without the intent to buy, and ended up returning an hour later ready to purchase. Nicole made it very easy to start the process and Donna was great setting up the financing. They took care of everything and couldn't have made it any easier for me. When I picked up the bike it looked great, it was cleaned/waxed/and fueled up ready for me to go. The sales/accessories employees also did a great job in helping me with helmets and jackets. I was picking it up with a trailer and they helped me load it up and strap it down. "I have purchased a few Honda ATV's and Street Bikes over the years and I can honestly say this was the easiest purchase. I spoke to Ray over the phone, expressed what I wanted, he had it and told me he could deliver it the next day. I was so impressed when Ray called me back 15 mins later to tell me other ways of how I could save more money on my purchase. I thought to my self this man is in sales and I did not even have to haggle the price, he was doing it by himself. It just shows how concentrated on customer service Maverix is. I went into the show room the next day to finalize the paper work and was greeted by Nicole who help me find the right accessories to go with my new purchase. I then had the pleasure of sitting with Donna in finance and she was just terriffic at explaining everything and all the programs and she did it in a timley manner. I them met the owner Jim, very nice man, who told me he would be delivering my bike to me. I was very impressed, when does the owner come down to speak with you, never the less deliver your bike. The parts department was very helpful and ffriendly. Overrall this was a great experience and would highly recommend them, not only for there service but also they were the best priced in the area. "I initially found Mavrix when I needed a new tire for my 650. I was so impressed not only by the show room, the service but by the amazing staff. Buck in service was great from the first time I met him. You can tell he really enjoys his job and knows his stuff. Tim was wonderful when I was purchasing my helmet. He spend so much time finding me the perfect helmet. Spending time in the show room really gave me the itch for a bigger newer bike. Mavrix staff was very patient and accommodating the entire time. Nicole and Ray the sales people are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I spend a lot of time trying to decide on the right bike, without there help I know I would still be trying to decide. They were never pushy and I really feel they only had my best interest in mind. I felt like I was dealing with friends and not sales people. They were honest even if it meant losing a sale on accessories that were not really necessary for me. I spent hours on the phone with Nicole and she answered all my questions with a smile. Even with all this I still wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal so I contacted every Honda dealer in the tri-state area and beyond.... I can tell you that no one matched or came close to the level or professionalism and to their price!!! I totally recommend Mavrix for all your ridding needs...or at least go see them first. After meeting Jim the owner I realized it was true I was dealing with an amazing company who really had their customers best interest in mind and they were more like friends than sales people. Everyone is truly and totally down to earth and great to deal with. A+ in my book! I am now the proud owner of the 1300 Interstate! "

"I went to Mavrix with my sister to look at Honda Rebel she was thinking about. Two bikes down was the used Harley I had been looking for.
Everyone at Mavrix was awesome. Jim, the guy working the sales floor at the time, turned out to be the owner. I've never seen an owner working his own sales floor. He was more interested in spending time with us and making sure two new riders found the right bikes then pushing us to make larger or faster sales.
Donna then provided us with the most painless financing ever. Everything was fast and done right the first time.
No surprises, the quoted price was the price and when someone at Mavrix shakes your hand their word is good.
I looked at bikes at a few big name dealers in Orange County, Maveix was by far the best."

"Everyone in the shop from the owner to the salespeople and finance were a pleasure to deal with. In particular I was struck by how, my first time at the shop, everyone was willing to spend time with a new rider who was just looking at bikes and not yet buying.
I let Jim Banner know that I was looking for a used bike, preferably a Honda Rebel which my research (and the people in the shops advice) suggested would be good starter bike.
When one came into the shop a few days later Jim called me.
I came in to see the Honda and walked out a bike owner.
I have been out on my bike a few times a week since and am very glad I purchased it.

"Unfortunately I purchased a bike at an area dealership that was more interested in making a sale rather than my personal safety. I purchased a bike that was too big for me but I trusted the dealer in newburgh new york who told me I could "learn" to ride it. Needless to say it was a hugh mistake. I went to Mavrix who listened to my problem. Sized me to the proper bike, allowed a test drive and agreed we had chosen the proper and safe bike for me. I was able to trade the 1st bike to which I was greatful. An expensive learning lession. I've made new friends in Mavrix. Take the time, all the staff are friendly and helpful. overall rating *****. "The first time I entered the Show room, I was met by Jim who i found out later to be the owner. I walked in at 5:45 and they closed at 6:00 He stayed with me until at least 6:30. "My wife & I each purchased new motorcycles from Mavrix, she the last week of November & I just 2 days ago. Every person we encountered in Mavrix could not have been nicer or more accomodating. No pressure. No haggling. No headaches. Their sales approach is honest, straight foward and polite, and they undercut the competitions' price by a considerable amount of money. Jim, Ray, Donna & everyone else there clearly prove that their #1 goal to make their customers happy and satisfied. We purchased my wife's bike (a new 2009 Shadow) a couple of days before Thanksgiving and had trouble arranging delivery because of the weather. Jim volunteered to open the dealership on Thanksgiving to deliver the bike or transport it to our home 35 miles away if we so desired. We were so pleased with our first purchase that we decided to purchase a new bike (a 2007 VTX 1800 leftover) for me. Again the purchase process was smooth and pleasant. Any customer will surely leave this dealership both satisfied with their purchase and confident that they have made new friends in the process. We look forward to summer rides with the Mavrix staff and want everyone there to know that they have developed loyal customers in my wife and I. "It's not often you find the owner of a business mopping his own showroom floor, or ever even meet him for that matter, and this one is aces. The building is the nicest, most appealing dealership i think i've ever been in. Great displays, merchandise, awesome prices, but above all, better then excellent customer service. Normally when you go into a motorcycle dealership the people act like they're doing you a favor just for being there, but not here. Finance was lightning fast, and Donna was very friendly and helpful. If you are even thinking about buying a new side by side, atv, motorcycle, pwc, apparel, or anything remotely associated with Honda powersports come here first and often. This past week I had the pleasure of purchasing a new VTX motorcycle. Jim, the owner, and Ray, the manager, as well as the rest of the staff were very friendly, answered my questions and never put pressure on me to purchase. The showroom is beautiful and there is plenty of stock on hand.
